Today is the big day! I have no idea who will win but it COULD BE the AZ Cardinals! That is just too too crazy to me. I still can't believe they're actually in the Superbowl. And really there's no reason why they can't win...
I'm making southwestern egg rolls and football cupcakes. I had ideas of this big spread with dips and chicken wings and lots of other stuff, but only 2 people are coming over and I'm feeling super lazy today. Walking around the zoo yesterday wore me out!
